Thank you for supporting S2W Creations. All of our products are custom made to order using laser engraving, acrylic cutting, and UV printing.

Production Time

Because all items are custom made, production begins after an order is placed.

Typical production times are:

• Custom sports items (bag tags, team items): 3–7 business days
• Custom engraved or UV printed items: 5–10 business days
• Event décor or large custom orders: 7–14 business days

Production times may vary depending on order size, customization complexity, and seasonal demand.

Rush orders may be available upon request.

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers.

Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on destination and carrier service.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

S2W Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will review the claim and work with you to provide a replacement if applicable.
