S2W Creations

At S2W Creations, all of our products are custom designed and made specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Custom Orders

All items sold by S2W Creations are custom-made or personalized, including laser engraved products, acrylic creations, UV printed items, and custom décor.

Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing a purchase, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Spellings
• Numbers
• Custom text
• Uploaded artwork or logos
• Size and color selections

S2W Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a production or shipping error, S2W Creations will replace the item at no additional cost.

Production Variations

Due to the nature of laser engraving, acrylic cutting, UV printing, and handmade production, slight variations may occur, including:

• Natural wood grain differences
• Minor color variation
• Slight alignment differences

These are normal characteristics of custom handmade products and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. After that time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
